I am THRILLED to finally announce our launch dates for my Emerald Coast Mahjong collection!
We are so excited to celebrate so we planned a whole launch WEEKEND, with three open play parties followed by our online launch. I know a few folks are making this a reason to plan a beach trip, so I want to offer the opportunity to play our favorite game all weekend long!
Ticket sales will open on June 1st at 12:00 pm CT in my June Margin Scribbles monthly newsletter.
Each party will include open play on the Emerald Coast sets and mingling with other coastal mahjong enthusiasts, exclusive first access to the collection, signature cocktails, swag bags, and giveaways! Our Thursday and Friday events will feature Bradley of Moonfruit Studio hand painting mahjong card folios live.
When you purchase tickets, you will have the option of preordering your mahjong sets at an exclusive discounted price. You will also have the option of adding additional sets to your order for launch party pickup. Launch party sales will be preorder only, so please prepare accordingly when you buy tickets!

Guests will have the opportunity to browse the collection, play with the tiles in person, connect with fellow mahjong lovers, and celebrate the launch of Emerald Coast Mahjong at Bitterroot’s beautiful new event space.
Preordering is requested to ensure product availability and streamline pickup during the event. Dedicated preorder pickup tables will be available upon arrival.
Guests may choose from reservation options including:
- Launch Party Reservation — $100
- Reservation + Emerald Coast Beach Mat — $150 ($180 value)
- Reservation + Emerald Coast Mahjong Set — $500 ($550 value)
- Reservation + Mahjong Set + Beach Mat — $530 ($630 value)
Additional sets may be reserved for pickup at the cost of $450/tile set and $80/mat.
